Pay: $17.00 - $17.51 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Guard to join our team, providing professional security services across various settings. This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment through vigilant monitoring, proactive engagement, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and a commitment to safeguarding personnel and property. This position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, emphasizing stability and support for our security professionals.

1st and 2nd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Processing trucks in and out.
• Ensuring loss prevention measures are followed, and items are not removed that are not on the load sheet.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations, conflicts, or security breaches
• Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
• Enforce property policies and procedures while managing conflicts with professionalism and tact
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behaviors and preventing theft or vandalism

Skills

• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with security systems, including alarm systems and access control devices
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and document incidents accurately
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions
