Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative focused on residential sales specializing in windows, siding, bathrooms, and kitchens. This role involves setting pre-scheduled appointments and managing client interactions primarily in-person, supporting individual sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage pre-scheduled sales appointments
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Negotiate sales to meet individual performance targets
• Track sales activities manually using phone and email tools
• Maintain strong product knowledge in windows, siding, bathrooms, and kitchens

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Knowledge of sales techniques and problem-solving
