Position: Regional Canvassing Manager – We’re looking for an experienced director to lead our canvassing team, manage performance, and drive results. No Selling!

Responsibilities:
• Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers
• Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry
