Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving Documentation

• Process and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), customer orders, and related records.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company and customer requirements.

Inventory & Data Management

• Enter and maintain warehouse data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Monitor inventory transactions and assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation activities.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports.

Issue Resolution

• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, missing documentation, and shipment delays.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, customers, and transportation partners to support timely issue resolution.

Records Administration

• Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and WMS applications to manage records and support operational processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous clerical, administrative, logistics, or warehouse support experience preferred.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
