Customer Contact Center Representatives

We are recruiting for Contact Center Representatives for our client in New York. In this role, you would manage a high volume of calls and provide positive customer service to members. The ideal candidate should have previous call center experience from a sales, benefits or fast-paced retail environment.  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are needed to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist members via phone, email, and chat
• Research and resolve inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution
• Review account information and explain benefits and services clearly
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Collaborate with team members to reduce hold times and escalations
• Maintain a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer service experience in a call center, benefits, retail, sales, or related environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ACD system experience a plus
• Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused
