Inside Sales Account Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Manage customer accounts and respond to inquiries through phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, product availability, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and solutions-oriented approach.
• Support sales goals by identifying opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within the company’s ERP/MRP systems.

• 3–5 years of B2B Inside Sales, Account Management, or customer service experience.
• Customer service professionals looking to transition into Account Management and Inside Sales are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or technical products is highly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, and account management skills.
• Excellent phone presence, communication, and professional etiquette.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into the appropriate product or parts solution.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong computer skills.
• Ability to read or work with blueprints, measurements, dimensions, or basic math is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer requests.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
