Successful Healthcare company seeking motivated call center representatives to support patients!

MUST LIVE NEAR IRVING, TX

Details:

• Pay – $16/hr. + Weekly Pay
• Full time hours
• M-F must be able to accept 8-hr. shift between 8a-9pm CT.
• Must be in commuting distance to Irving, TX to pick up equipment.
• Start Date: October 2026 | Mon–Fri, Any 8-Hour Shift Between 8 AM–9PM CST

Responsibilities:

• High volume inbound/outbound calls assisting patients.
• Review and process patient requests.
• Adhere to company policies, metrics, and KPI's.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Document all activities in the system for tracking and audits.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of RECENT, call center experience.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted).
