Maintenance Technician

Looking for a maintenance person for a busy Destin condominium.

Some Duties include, but not limited to:

-Weekends required

-Must be CPO certified to take care of pool and hot tub

-Must be friendly as we are in the customer service industry

-Common area cleaning

-Empty all property trash cans

-Interior and exterior maintenance on the building, grounds, and in units.

-Troubleshoot cable problems and remotes, reconfigure wireless routers, repair wifi issues.

-Repair and installation of some common household appliances.

-Landscaping around the property

-Knowledge in Sprinkler systems

-Changing garbage disposals

-Installing Dishwashers, washer/dryers, microwaves, garbage disposals, ice makers, etc.

-Touch up painting

-Sheetrock and patch work

-Knowledge in replacing guts of commodes

-Understanding HVAC operation, diagnosing cooling and heating issues, and changing air filters, etc. -Changing door locks, repairing furniture such as replacing sofa mechanisms, tightening bolts and screws on furniture, painting, light sheet rock repair, replacing commode fill valves, flappers, flushing handles, etc. and much more.
