Warehouse Associate/Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Position Summary

Support daily Supply Chain operations within a fast-paced hospital environment by stocking, organizing, replenishing, and delivering supplies to assigned departments and support areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and organize supplies throughout assigned hospital and OR support areas.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure supplies are available when needed.
• Pick, transport, and deliver supplies to designated departments and locations.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away materials.
• Support inventory organization and stock rotation.
• Identify low-stock items, discrepancies, and supply issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe supply areas.
• Follow hospital, department, safety, and infection-prevention procedures.
• Assist with additional Supply Chain and materials-handling duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior inventory, supply chain, warehouse, materials handling, or retail/store stocking experience preferred.
• 6+ months of relevant experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered.
• Basic inventory, stocking, and computer skills.
• Ability to learn Supply Chain processes and department-specific systems.
• Ability to safely move, organize, stock, and replenish supplies.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to the full 13-week assignment.
• Must be available for a 5-day-per-week schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays.
• Must be available to work onsite in a hospital environment.
• Must complete all required onboarding and compliance requirements before starting.

Education: High school diploma/GED not required.
Certifications: None required.

• Full-time, 13-week Supply Chain assignment.

• Consistent 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule.
