Tim Hortons Team Member - Full-Time (Deacons Corner, Hwy 1 & Hwy 207)

First, the facts

Our Tim Hortons is at Deacons Corner, on Hwy 1 at Hwy 207, just east of Winnipeg. There is no bus service from the city. If you're applying from out of town, you'll need your own way to get here. We'd rather tell you that now than waste your time.

The offer

• Full-time, permanent. 35 to 40 hours a week.
• $16.40 per hour to start, up to $16.80.

• Free food and drinks while you're on shift (with a few exceptions), plus a staff discount on nearly everything when you're off shift.
• Flexible scheduling. Mornings only? Mid-morning to mid-afternoon? We'll work with you to build a routine that fits.
• No experience needed. We train you on everything, including the Tim Hortons systems and processes.

What the work is like

This is a fast-paced job. You'll be on your feet and moving all day. What you'll get out of it is real skills: multitasking, working as a team, and using your time well. Those skills travel with you, whether you grow with us or move on to something else.

We aren't big on stress. We expect you to work efficiently, but we care more about open communication and doing things right the first time than about rushing.
