Are you a hands-on CNC Machinist who enjoys setting up machines, solving problems, and seeing a part through from blueprint to finished product?

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a well-established manufacturer of sophisticated packaging machinery. This is a great opportunity to work in a precision-focused environment where your machining knowledge, technical skills, and attention to detail will make a direct impact.

This role is ideal for someone with strong CNC setup experience who is comfortable making machine adjustments, editing programs, troubleshooting issues, and producing high-quality components.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, workholding, offsets, and tool changes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Make basic CNC program edits and adjustments at the machine.
• Inspect completed parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining and setup issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve technical and production challenges.
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC Machining experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Strong CNC setup experience.
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• Experience making basic CNC program edits or adjustments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to producing quality parts with attention to detail.
