We are hiring Skilled Warehouse Workers to support operations at a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics facility in Eagan, MN

This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals who are comfortable performing physical work, following instructions, and working as part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Assembling and disassembling workstations, furniture modules, and accessories (elevators, Ergo Shelves, or 4-Tier Shelving)
• Pack, organize, sort, and assist with workstations, furniture modules, and accessories required for the deployment of a new delivery center
• Anchor and secure racks
• Scraping tape on the floor
• Assemble wooden tables
• Using power tools (impact driver or drill)
• Long-standing and walking periods
• Requires work in a crouched position

What We're Looking For

• Performing work in compliance with safety procedures and the code of conduct
• Experience using an impact driver or drill
• Experience assembling elevators, Ergo Shelves, or 4-Tier Shelving
• Be willing to go through a background check and safety training
• Good sight and hearing abilities
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must have and use their own PPE (hard hat, steel toe shoes, safety gloves, safety glasses and high visibility vest)
• Team player, able to cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Able to follow instructions and perform different general labor duties as assigned
• Must be committed to remaining at the job for the duration of the project (1 week)

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required if applicable.

Schedule

Shift: 12 PM - 9 PM
Days: M-F
Break: 1 hour unpaid

Jobsite Requirements

Workers may be required to wear or provide:

• Steel-toe shoes
• High-visibility vest
• Hard hat
• Safety Glasses and Safety Gloves

Physical Requirements

This position may require:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Repeated bending, reaching, or crouching
• Lifting and moving materials
• Performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
