The Production Planner supports the Customization Center by coordinating production schedules, inventory, and operations to ensure excavators are customized and prepared for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production based on orders and inventory availability.
• Coordinate component orders with international manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor daily production and resolve issues involving missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
• Support inventory management, including semi-annual physical audits.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Review invoices, create expense vouchers, and prepare monthly expense reports.
• Manage claims related to equipment damage or loss.
• Track company assets, including vehicles, forklifts, and IT equipment.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple U.S. locations to support production and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
