About this job

I went into a deep depression about 1. 5 yrs ago and my physical health also took a hit. It has gotten pretty bad. I am embarrassed. I am doing better mentally not physically and now overwhelmed with how bad I let it get. I just need help getting me back to where I dont hate my area anymore I think that will also help my mental. Crying as I am writing this.. wow. Its not the worse you have seen Im sure but its the worse I have seen of me. Thank you
