About the Position

Our client is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to deliver medical supplies and equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities. This on-site, local driving opportunity offers steady work, paid training, and the potential for permanent placement.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay rate: $25.24 per hour
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• 40 hours per week
• Dispatch begins Sunday night
• Start times may vary; flexibility is required
• Routes typically conclude Friday morning or Friday afternoon, depending on the route
• Paid training provided
• Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an automatic Class A tractor-trailer
• Deliver medical supplies and equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Assist with loading freight when required
• Unload freight using an electric or manual pallet jack
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and DOT documentation
• Provide safe, professional, and courteous customer service at every stop

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable straight truck experience
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
