The Sales Support Coordinator is a key member of the Business Operations team, serving as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations. This role is responsible for supporting projects, managing sales-related processes, and producing high-quality sales and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales and event-related requests by collecting required details, confirming accuracy, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout each project.

• Learn internal tools and workflows quickly in order to support project setup, tracking, and day-to-day execution.

• Produce and refresh sales assets with strong attention to detail, including presentations, brochures, media kits, and other client-facing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

• Partner with sales, marketing, and business operations teams to manage timelines, clarify deliverables, and maintain steady communication on project goals.

• Take initiative to identify gaps, follow up on outstanding items, and help move projects forward with minimal supervision.

• Support additional work tied to newly introduced systems, processes, or tools as they are implemented.

• Contribute to ad hoc assignments related to sales material development and broader team support needs.

• Operate effectively in an environment with evolving priorities and adjust work plans as business needs change.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing design, sales support, or a closely related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments at once while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and effective presentation abilities.
• Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Experience supporting post-sales activities, order entry, brand marketing, digital marketing, or related commercial support functions is preferred.
