We are looking for a compassionate, dependable Paraprofessional to join our educational team in Mariposa, CA. The ideal candidate enjoys working with students and is committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
Support students in the classroom under the direction of teachers and school staff.
Provide individualized assistance with academic, behavioral, and daily classroom activities.
Help students stay engaged and participate successfully in lessons and activities.
Reinforce classroom expectations and positive behaviors.
Assist students with transitions, organization, and school routines.
Communicate observations and student progress with teachers and other team members.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging classroom environment.
Support students with special needs as outlined in their educational plans.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience working with children or students is preferred.
Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus.
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff.
