Bilingual Classroom Aide | Quincy, Massachusetts

Beginning September 8th and extending through June 23rd, 2027, you’ll work one-on-one to foster meaningful academic and social progress. Key Qualifications:

• Bilingual ability with fluency in Spanish required
• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in educational settings
• Understanding of elementary school curriculum and classroom routines
• Effective communication skills and patience when working with children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work individually with a 4th grade Spanish-speaking student, supporting their learning and engagement
• Facilitate communication between the student and educational staff to ensure access to instruction
• Assist with classroom activities and implement educational and behavioral plans as directed by teachers
• Model positive behaviors and encourage active classroom participation
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and report observations to teachers and support staff
• Foster a safe, encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and independence
