Classroom Assistant | Lynn, Massachusetts

You will work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting teachers and students within the classroom. Compensation is highly competitive, with pay ranging from $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous school-based or behavior experience is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Approachable, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to classroom teachers and assist with instructional activities
• Help manage classroom behavior and encourage positive student engagement
• Offer additional guidance to students who need individualized attention
• Support students with assignments, activities, and daily routines
• Communicate effectively with staff and provide feedback on student progress
• Adapt to various settings, including general education and special education classrooms
