Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an educational support role is highly valued

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or training is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide direct support to students with academic tasks and accommodations
• Foster an inclusive environment by encouraging participation and engagement
• Assist students individually or in small groups, tailoring support to unique learning needs
• Supervise students during classroom, lunch, recess, or transitions to maintain safety and order
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district policies at all times
