Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Assistant in schools, preferably in special education or direct 1:1 student support
• Background in pediatric care or educational support for children with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with students, teachers, and families
• Knowledge of classroom routines, behavior reinforcement techniques, and individualized educational plans (IEPs) desirable
• Flexibility, patience, and creativity in supporting diverse learning needs
