Paraprofessional/Behavior Tech Job in Colorado

Position Overview:

We’re looking for energetic and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) / Paraprofessionals to join an incredible school team in Bailey, Colorado! This position supports students in an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classroom, where every day is meaningful, hands-on, and rewarding.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with students with ASD in a structured classroom setting
• Provide one-on-one and small group support
• Help implement behavior strategies and classroom routines
• Support academic, social, and emotional growth
• Collaborate with a passionate and supportive school team
• Create a positive, engaging, and consistent learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (school or special education experience is a big plus!)
• Experience with ASD or behavioral support preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Someone reliable, patient, and ready to jump in and make a difference

Position Details:

• Full-time
• Monday – Thursday schedule (3-day weekends every week!)
• ASD classroom setting
• Located in Bailey, CO
