CNC Swiss

We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist to set up and operate Swiss-style CNC lathes producing high-precision medical device components.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes.
• Install tooling, fixtures, and machine accessories.
• Adjust offsets and make program/G-code edits.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and minimize scrap and downtime.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and company quality procedures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of CNC Swiss setup and operating experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss machining and G-code.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Medical device, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with Star, Citizen, Tsugami, or Tornos machines is a plus.
