Job Description
Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality operations and strengthen manufacturing performance. This position oversees quality personnel, ensures reliable compliance practices, and partners with cross-functional teams to maintain high product standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on manufacturing quality leadership, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to process discipline and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors to support daily manufacturing and long-term performance goals.
• Manage quality procedures, records, and documentation to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory expectations.
• Plan and conduct internal quality reviews while coordinating effectively with customers and external stakeholders during audit activities.
• Direct investigations into nonconformances, identify underlying causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions that improve reliability.
• Track key quality indicators, analyze trends, and guide improvement efforts that reduce defects and strengthen process consistency.
• Partner with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns and promote efficient, compliant workflows.
• Provide quality support during product introduction activities to help ensure readiness, stability, and successful launch execution.
• Promote a workplace culture centered on accountability, quality ownership, and operational excellence across the site.
• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality within a production environment.• Prior experience leading or supervising quality-focused teams or functions.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach others and drive improvements in processes and team performance.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, root cause investigation methods, and corrective action processes.
• Familiarity with control plans and the interpretation of technical drawings.
• Background supporting structured manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning environments is preferred.
