The Security professional will focus primarily on safeguarding our retail store environment, ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and assets through proactive monitoring and rapid incident response. The role requires vigilance across rotating shifts including days and nights to maintain continuous protection and enforce security policies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Monitor surveillance systems for suspicious activity
• Conduct regular security audits of the retail premises
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Prepare clear and detailed security reports
• Ensure customer safety and asset protection

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in security roles
• Skilled in incident reporting and crisis management
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
