Intervention Specialist (Reynoldsburg, OH)

Description

Seeking dedicated Intervention Specialists for the 2026–2027 school year running ASAP through May 27, 2027. These full-time contract positions offer 40 hours per week across multiple elementary, middle, and high school sites within the district.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction and behavioral guidance tailored to student needs across General IS, Cross-Categorical, Behavior, or Multiple Disabilities (MD) units.

• Develop, write, and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), tracking academic progress and ensuring state compliance.

• Facilitate daily classroom routines, foster inclusive learning environments, and manage behavioral support needs.

• Collaborate effectively with school administrators, multidisciplinary support teams, and families to support student growth.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist (OH IS) Teaching License.

• Proven experience writing IEPs, managing caseloads, and providing specialized instruction across elementary or secondary settings.

• Strong communication, classroom management, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
