House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a dependable and thorough house cleaner that can help take the stress off my wife as we just had our second baby. We'd be looking for someone that can commit to coming every three weeks or so. Our home has no basement and we own a non-shedding dog. We are looking for someone who will clean thoroughly as we have been burned in the past with cleaners - our house should take a minimum of 3 hours to thoroughly clean. We want someone that can work with us long term.
