About the Job:

• Ruan Transportation is hiring full time drivers for our dedicated national customer based in New Brighton, MN. Drivers deliver palletized grocery products using electric pallet jacks and liftgates to distributors. Our drivers have varied work weeks and start times. Join the Ruan team and apply today! Pay:

• Earn an average of $101,000 per year or $1,900+ per week, with top earners making $116,000+ per year.
• This role offers an activity based pay structure, $.63 CPM, $30 per stop and $25 per diem for overnight runs.
• Get paid weekly!

Schedule:

• Out 2-3 nights per week.
• Be home most days and enjoy consecutive days off for reset.
• Weekends required.
• Enjoy mid-week time off!
• Drivers will average a workweek of 55-60 hours per week on dedicated lanes with multi-stops per load.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model assigned Freightliner Sleepers that are kept up-to-date and inspection ready at our local company shop.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
