Planner/Buyer

Planner / Buyer 
We are looking for a Planner / Buyer to join our team. This on-site position is responsible for planning material needs, purchasing supplies, and helping ensure production runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast material requirements based on production schedules and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock while controlling costs.
• Create Purchase Orders and Work Orders in the ERP system.
• Work with Production, Engineering, and Accounting to support daily operations.
• Communicate with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and track deliveries.
• Resolve material shortages, delivery delays, and quality issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, product, and work order records.
• Build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, planning, inventory, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
