As an Activities Director, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our patients and residents. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement activities programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our patients and residents

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure activities align with individualized care plans and goal-oriented therapy

• Coordinate and implement special events, outings, and celebrations that promote socialization, engagement, and enjoyment

• Recruit and manage volunteers, encouraging community involvement and participation

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment

• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities participation and outcomes
