About who needs care: inner ear balance problem- would like to do free rent in a 2br exchange for having someone around About the care needs: I'm very well educated would enjoy someone well educated & know Europe well - can't pay for someones trip, but I'm very good at finding good low cost trips that might be of mutual interest. I used to be associated with the Nat. Council for Int. Visitors. (upper division of the Peace Corps) (Also founded an Intl. Club in Tampa in 1989- still going) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
