Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am interested in hiring someone for cleaning by the hour our home in Glencoe, IL once a week. As the rooms I need done changes once in a while, I would prefer the flexibility as opposed to have a flat fee. On most weeks it will be cleaning 2. 5 bathrooms, kitchen, then dusting and vacuum 3 bedrooms, living room, office, dining room, front entry/mudroom - usually cleaners are here a total of 4-6 hours depending on the rooms chosen each time.
