Process Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team at our facility in Monette, AR, 72447. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment and products.
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in training new staff on process operations and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Five (5) years previous experience in a manufacturing or process technician role is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software.
