RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash dishes, cookware, and flatware by hand or machine during peak meal times.

• Restock clean items—pans, utensils, serving trays—so stations never run low.

• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, and sanitize prep surfaces.

• Report any equipment issues or supply shortages to kitchen management.

• Support the team by helping with general kitchen cleanup at shift end.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Standing for extended periods and lifting items up to ~50?lbs.

• Working in wet, sometimes warm kitchen environments.

• Keeping up in a fast-paced setting during our busiest weekends
