University Counselor, St. Louis

University Counselor needed for full-time, temporary position (10-12 week maternity coverage) to provide clinical evaluations, individual and group psychotherapy, crisis management, and mental health outreach to university students in St. Charles, while fostering relationships across the campus community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluations, establish treatment plans, and provide culturally sensitive individual and group counseling for diverse student needs.

• Perform crisis interventions, evaluate acute situations using diagnostic criteria, and execute appropriate therapeutic safety protocols.

• Teach coping, relaxation, and wellness strategies, while supporting center marketing, social media posting, and outreach programming.
