Retail Pharmacy Technician - Immediate Start

Retail Pharmacy Technician/Cashier to work at a Family owned and operated Retail Pharmacy in Roxbury NJ.

Must be responsible, and personable. Our store hours are Mon thru Friday 9-8 and Saturdays 9-5.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and assist the Pharmacist on duty in maintaining the clean and orderly appearance of the pharmacy area, prioritizing work, and processing prescription orders in compliance with Federal and State laws and company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with other health care providers, reviewing patient records, provide immunizations and filling medication orders while following HIPPA guidelines, ensures we can meet our patient's needs.
• Answer phones; direct and assist customers with finding OTC and front-end products.
• Complete sales on the POS system as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and/or management.

Qualifications

• NJ pharmacy technician registration
• Previous retail pharmacy experience a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

This role is subject to successful completion of background check and drug screening post offer acceptance. All screening will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
