ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is a primary contact between the Bank and its customers; accordingly, it requires excellent customer service skills. Customer Support is the bank’s Call Center, as such you will take calls from customers, answer questions or address any concerns they may have. All customer interactions will be handled in a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.  This position provides support for customers and staff on the bank’s Digital Banking products, services, and software to include Debit Cards, Online and Mobile Banking platform, and all electronic payment channels.
