As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:
- Assist individuals with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
- Support daily living skills and independence.
- Assist individuals with community outings, appointments, recreational activities, and social opportunities.
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming residential environment.
- Implement individualized support plans and goals.
- Promote dignity, respect, choice, and person-centered services.
- Support individuals in developing confidence, skills, and greater independence.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the highest quality of care.

- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass:
- State and Federal criminal background checks
- Drug screening
- Pre-employment physical and PPD
- Further education in Human Services, Psychology, Education, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Previous experience providing direct support, caregiving, or similar services.
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Full-Time
- Sunday through Wednesday
- Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Includes weekend hours with weekend differential pay
- Additional flexibility may be required to support program needs
- Ability to assist individuals with mobility and activities of daily living.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift as needed throughout the shift.
- Ability to maintain a safe environment and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
