Maintenance Specialist

We have an immediate opening for a qualified Maintenance Specialist. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Resposibilities will include:

• Ability to schedule, perform and monitor preventative maintenance and apartment turnovers
• Diagnoses and corrects problems in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliances
• Promptly responds to work order requests
• Oversees that residential units have been turned in a timely matter and work has been completed properly
• Promotes quality living experience for all residents by using excellent customer service skills
• Performs emergency maintenance work when paged
• Continuous inspection of buildings, grounds and safety for property and alerts maintenance to any repairs needed
• Assists supervisor with scheduling and communication of contractors and vendors
• May be requested by supervisor to perform other tasks as needed from time to time
