We want reliable, safety-focused people who take pride in showing up, working hard, and being part of a dependable team. Driving or physical/manual work experience is preferred.

About JP2 Logistics

JP2 Logistics is a growing FedEx contractor building a strong, safety-focused team. Our terminal is located at 2000 S Walnut St, Burlington, WA 98233. Routes include residential, apartment, and business deliveries.

Pay & Benefits

• $23/hour on solo routes
• Training Paid
• Performance pay increases evaluated quickly
• Biweekly pay
• Sick time for full-time employees
• Company vehicle and uniform provided
• No CDL required

Schedule & Hours

Start at 8:00 AM and work until deliveries are complete.

Full-Time: Tue–Sat, Sun–Thu, or Wed–Sun
Part-Time: 2–4 days/week with 1 weekend day required
Operations run Monday–Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up your vehicle and packages at the FedEx terminal
• Complete pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
• Safely operate DOT-certified delivery vehicles
• Deliver and scan packages using GPS

Required Qualifications

• Must be 21+
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid drug test and DOT physical
