Pharmacy Technician/Intern

Job Description

We?re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team! The customer service position requires someone who is extremely organized and detail oriented. The ideal candidate is committed to high standards and can deliver amazing customer service to our clients. Even if you don?t have customer service experience, we will train the right candidate.

GENERAL DUTIES:

Provide general information in a friendly and courteous manner.

Answer inquiries through inbound emails and phone calls

Strong ability to communicate with customers, doctors and camp staff

Troubleshoot when challenges arise

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good time management with the ability to complete tasks within time constraints provided.

Be self-directed and proactively manage workload, communications, and ownership of tasks

Excellent work habits, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

Accurate data entry skills and Able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Strong time management and organizational skills

Willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment

Self-motivated and able to work independently

QUALIFICATIONS:

Contingent on passing drug test and clean background check

High school diploma preferred.

Previous Any Retail business or pharmacy experience preferred.

Offer flexibility in work hour scheduling.
