What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Complete service requests quickly and professionally
- Support unit turns / make-readies to keep occupancy strong
- Maintain community appearance and safety standards
- Provide great service to residents and your team
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Maintenance experience (multifamily is a big plus)
- HVAC experience strongly preferred
- EPA Certification = major advantage
- Ability to troubleshoot independently
- Reliable, team-oriented, and responsive
- Open to on-call rotation
