Requirements

• Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training
• Ability to pass background checks and have reliable transportation to Burns, OR
• Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and some evenings
• Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility
• Build meaningful relationships and emotional support to promote independence and quality of life
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in client condition
