We’re a FedEx contractor with 5 years at the 5460 Baxter Road, Rockford, IL 61109 terminal. We’re expanding and building a dependable, safety-focused team where drivers support each other and have room to grow.

• $200/day
• $200/day training pay
• $150 bonus at 30 days
• $300 bonus at 60 days
• $300 bonus at 90 days
• Performance-based evaluations
• 5 days PTO after 1 year

• Start: 8:30 AM until deliveries are complete
• Full-time: Tues–Sat or Mon–Sat
• Part-time: 2–4 days; Saturday required
• Operations: Monday–Saturday

• Complete about 100 package delivery stops/day
• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
• Scan, load, and deliver FedEx packages
• Use GPS and complete pre/post-trip inspections

• 21+ with valid driver’s license; no CDL required
• Clean MVR; Illinois Class D license required
• Safely handle packages up to 150 lbs in all weather
• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check, drug test, MVR review, and DOT physical
