Behavior Interventionist I and II

Responsible for delivery of 1:1 interventions with individuals on the autism spectrum, collecting data, keeping materials organized, reading programs and implementing them as written under the supervision of the Supervisor and/or Behavior Specialist; based on the methodologies of applied behavior analysis.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform 1:1 behavioral therapy by implementing behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis

• Maintain data towards meeting individual goals

• Provide information to Supervisors regarding progress

• Receive and Implement Feedback from Supervisor

• Use sound judgment throughout sessions to ensure adequate therapy time is provided toward Individual Goals/Targets
