Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Senior Compensation Consultant for a confidential Career Consulting opportunity in Chicago, Illinois. This hybrid role is designed for an experienced compensation consultant who can lead large-scale client engagements, solve complex compensation challenges, coach project team members, and develop trusted relationships with senior management and HR leaders.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will partner with clients to develop and deliver compensation strategies designed to support the attraction, retention, and motivation of talent. The consultant will lead project delivery, guide and review analytical work performed by project teams, and contribute to business development efforts while helping organizations make fact-based workforce and compensation decisions.

WORK ARRANGEMENT
• Hybrid - Minimum Of 3 Days Per Week In The Office Or With Clients
• Chicago, IL

ROLE
• Lead Delivery Of Large-Scale Consulting Projects
• Structure, Direct, Review, And Interpret Analyses Performed By Project Teams
• Develop Compensation Strategies, Philosophies, And Programs That Address Client Attraction And Retention Needs
• Solve Complex Compensation Challenges
• Partner With Senior Management And HR Leaders On Compensation Strategy
• Coach Project Team Members
• Support The Business Development Process
• Help Clients Make Fact-Based Decisions Through Consulting, Analytics, And Data-Driven Insights

Requirements:

Requirements
• 8+ Years Of Compensation Consulting Experience REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or Finance REQUIRED
• Strong Client Relationship Management Skills REQUIRED
• Microsoft Office Proficiency REQUIRED
• Ability To Work A Hybrid Schedule With A Minimum Of 3 Days Per Week In The Office Or With Clients REQUIRED
