Windsor Lane Health Care is seeking is seeking a Wound Care Coordinator responsible for developing and implementing care plans for patients with wound care needs. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Registered Nurse license and have relevant experience in wound care. The position involves direct patient care, consultation, and managing care quality. This position is a RN who is responsible for Staff Development and Wound Nurse Duties in accordance with established policies and procedures of the community. Hours are from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday with on call rotation.
