Client Service Representative

Veterinary Emergency and Surgery Hospital is looking for a compassionate and skilled Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team. to our team. VESH is a fast-paced emergency and referral center dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to pets and families who need us most. This position is ideal for some who enjoys a dynamic hospital environment, and is passionate about supporting emergency and specialty patients during critical times. 

Key Responsibilities 

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in the client experience by: 

• Greeting pet parents in a friendly, compassionate, and helpful way
• Answer incoming phone calls to provide details and expectations to inquiring individuals
• Process registration forms and other associated documents for all visits
• Communicate invoice and payment option information to pet owners while completing the check out process
• Support the hospital team to deliver high quality and compassionate care for the duration of their visit
• Complete various administrative duties from scanning records, to emailing patient visit information

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital setting preferred, but not required
• Ability to multi-task while remaining calm in a busy setting
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Dependability
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
