Job Description
Summary
Work on applications, troubleshooting service issues, and customer relations. Monitor outside sales teammate and work together creating adequate targets for sales gain. Work closely with Builders and Dealers to sell LNS ChipBlaster and gain market share.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepare quotations for end users, dealers, and builders.
Conduct phone calls with Builders and Dealers on a regular basis promoting LNS ChipBlaster product line.
Take phone calls from End Users as needed to assist with applications.
Work in unison with Outside Sales and complete any follow up required.
Attend Trade Shows, Customer Open Houses, etc. as needed.
Review projects and quotes with National Product Manager in order to close more projects.
Submit ECN's to engineering for cost.
Log RGA's when a machine is being returned.
Record Demo Machines for returns.
Monitor Demo Machines at Customers.
