Project Designer

About the Role

C&S Companies is seeking a motivated and production-driven Project Designer to join our Southwest Facilities practice. This is a hands-on production role for a designer who takes pride in delivering high-quality construction documents and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work directly alongside a Principal Architect, contributing to a wide range of facilities projects including new construction, renovations, and building rehabilitations for public and private clients.

What You Will Do

• Develop and produce architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, from schematic design through construction administration
• Work closely with a Senior Architect to translate design intent into complete, coordinated, and code-compliant contract documents
• Coordinate drawing sets across disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
• Assist with building code research, accessibility compliance (ADA/ANSI 117.1), and life safety requirements
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and construction administration support as needed
• Contribute to BIM model development and maintain drawing standards and quality throughout all project phases
• Support multiple concurrent projects under the direction of senior staff, managing your time and deliverables to meet project schedules and budgets

What You Bring

• Around 7 years of experience in architectural production and design, preferably in a multi-disciplined AEC firm
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools is a plus
